Responsibility

- Supervise and support Branch Managers across all assigned branches.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints when escalated.
- Oversee implementation of marketing strategies and product launches at branch level.
- Monitor branch sales performance and support sales target achievement.
- Review and oversee all branch banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and clearing.
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and international banking regulations.
- Manage administrative activities including staff scheduling, payroll, and petty cash.
- Support cross-functional coordination between HR, IT, Finance, and other departments.
- Report regularly to Head Office on branch performance and operational updates.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-branch leadership role.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, customer service, and banking regulations.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with credit operations, finance products, and administrative management.
