Responsibility

HR
• Lead and manage all recruitment activities, from sourcing to hiring, to ensure we attract top talent for all levels.
• Collaborate with the Head of HR & Admin to assess hiring needs aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, preparing offer letters, and endorsements.
• Continuously develop and update recruitment strategies, policies, and processes to achieve optimal hiring outcomes.
• Recommend and implement effective sourcing channels.
• Plan, manage, and monitor the recruitment budget for efficiency and alignment with hiring goals.
• Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Implementing monthly KPIs and performance appraisal with GMs.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Develop effective introductions programs to facilitate new employees’ integration into the organization.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor regulations.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to employment practices.
• Ensure all HR activities including recruitment, employee new orientation and contract termination are aligned with local law, company policies and guidelines.
• Oversee and manage the work of reporting HR staff. Encourage the ongoing development of the HR staff.
• Advise the management on group organization structure.
Admin
• Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office vehicles.
• Manage vehicle insurance, registration, and inspection processes.
• Daily way plan management and supervise driver team.
• Implement SOPs for efficient vehicle management.
• Manage car fuel and expense tracking.
• Oversee the maintenance and security of office facilities.
• Manage office facility and supply arrangements.
• Monitor and control administrative expenses within budgetary constraints.
• Prepare and manage administrative budgets and expenditure reports.
• Handle regular payments such as utility bills, internet bills, and apartment rental fees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Supervise and guide administrative staff.
• Handling and arranging group admin expenses monthly DOA and R&M expenses.
