Responsibility
- Lead the design process for architectural and interior projects.
- Present and develop design concepts that meet client goals.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to a team of six designers.
- Supervise team, conduct design reviews, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Resolve design and construction issues on-site.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and documents.
- Incorporate sustainable practices and innovative technologies.
- Present design proposals and updates to clients.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in high-end residential/commercial design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, D5, or Vray.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
- Experience in supervising design implementation on construction sites.
- Knowledge of ID standards and materials.
