Responsibility

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify and establish strong relationships with livestock farmers, dealer, distributors, KOL, veterinary clinics, and agribusinesses across the country.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs that to drive business growth.
• Work closely with farmers, veterinarians, and business partners to promote animal health product and vaccine solutions.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness programs for AHP products and vaccines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create POP/POSM materials, digital marketing strategies, and product promotions.
• Conduct training sessions and seminars for farmers and stakeholders on the benefits of AHP and vaccines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to farmers on AHP/Vaccine storage, usage and knowledge.
• Build strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and forecasting to senior management.
• Work with the production and supply chain team to ensure product availability.
• Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and providing training.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science (BVSc) – Mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in animal feed, AHP/veterinary pharmaceuticals, or livestock industry or related field.
• Strong network and knowledge of livestock farms, veterinary practices, and the agribusiness sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
