Responsibility
• Supervise and monitor construction activities at the site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.
• Prepare, review, and interpret construction drawings, designs, and technical documents.
• Utilize AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for drafting, modifications, and project visualization.
• Assist in contract preparation, including documentation, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain construction standards.
• Maintain accurate site reports, project documentation, and material records.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to prepare contracts, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
